1. Description of Service

Voxillian provides an AI-powered phone receptionist platform that answers calls on behalf of your business, manages appointments, and provides a dashboard for viewing call activity, contacts, and calendar integration. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate business information when setting up the AI receptionist.
• You agree not to misuse the Service for spam calls, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to make or facilitate unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent communications.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, overburden, or impair our systems.

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein. You retain ownership of your business data (call logs, contacts, calendar events).

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services (Google Calendar, telephony providers, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or their handling of your data beyond what we control.

6. AI-Generated Content

The AI receptionist generates responses, summaries, and transcriptions automatically. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses are not a substitute for human judgement in critical situations.
• Call summaries and transcriptions are approximations and may contain errors.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated actions (like appointment bookings) for accuracy.

7. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxillian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to missed calls, incorrect AI responses, lost appointments, or business losses.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account through the dashboard or by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
